Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician based in Aurangabad. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems, offering customer service, and conducting training sessions for end-users. The IT Technician will also perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and processes
• Strong Customer Service and Training skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, are highly desirable
