Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Developer to lead the identification, development, and consolidation of new business opportunities for BWE in the global renewable energy market, including Green Hydrogen, Power-to-X, Battery Storage, and other emerging technologies.
This role is key to expanding our presence in India and other strategic regions, building strong commercial relationships, and driving large-scale initiatives aligned with BWE’s long-term growth strategy.
You will act as a bridge between clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and supporting the successful development of proposals, partnerships, and project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Relations
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Assess local and international markets, competitors, and potential partners.
- Evaluate companies and their capabilities to recommend the most suitable partnership or participation models.
Project Planning and Monitoring
Identify, analyze, and prioritize business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.Develop growth strategies and establish alliances with international and local companies.Create strategic roadmaps for each project, covering financial, technical, and commercial aspects.Ensure milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with both client and company expectations.Requirements :
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.Required Skills :
