Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Identify and source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

Recruitment Process Management : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments.

Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Screening : Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for client requirements.

Job Matching : Match qualified candidates to job roles based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.

Offer Negotiation : Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment between clients and candidates.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs to provide effective recruitment strategies.

Data Management : Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and placement outcomes.

Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to meet business goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
