About the Role
Innomax IT is looking for a Senior Developer who can lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications, build scalable architectures, and contribute to next-gen platforms across HealthTech, FinTech, TravelTech, and GCC solutions.
This role blends hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and product execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Stack / App Development
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Build high-quality Android / iOS apps (Native or Flutter / React Native).
- Architect robust, scalable, secure solutions for enterprise and startup clients globally.
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and microservices.
2. System Architecture & Design
Translate business and product requirements into technical designs.Optimize applications for speed, performance, security, and reliability.Own end-to-end SDLC—development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.3. Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with product owners, UI / UX, and cross-functional teams.Mentor junior developers and ensure high code standards.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.4. Cloud, DevOps & Integrations
Deploy apps on AWS / Azure / GCP and manage CI / CD pipelines.Handle database design (SQL / NoSQL), caching, and API gateways.Required Skills & Experience
5–8+ years software development experience.Strong proficiency in :Front-end : React, Angular, Vue, or similarBack-end : Node.js / Python / Java / .NETMobile : Flutter / React Native / Native Android or iOSExpertise in REST APIs, JSON, microservices, authentication flows.Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to deliver high-quality builds under tight timelines.Nice to Have
Experience in GCC / enterprise workflows.Exposure to HealthTech, FinTech, TravelTech domains.Familiarity with AI / ML integrations, analytics, or automation workflows.Knowledge of secure coding, OWASP top 10, and compliance-friendly development.What We Offer
