Job descriptionExperience in retail banking or financial services Good knowledge of banking products and services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Customer-focused and approachable Strong problem-solving skills Good organization and time management Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and other banking products
- Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and resolving queries
- Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank
- Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
