About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team in Pune.

You’ll work closely with the brand and growth teams to execute both on-ground and digital campaigns , ensuring impactful, seamless, and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives — exhibitions, events, partnerships, and retail activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Support paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) — manage creatives, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in data building, lead generation, and audience segmentation.
- Manage on-ground collaterals, sampling, and visual merchandising.
- Track and report KPIs across offline and online initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand, design, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas for engagement and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
6–12 months of experience in marketing, offline / experiential marketing, or campaign management.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).Strong in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Great communication skills and a bias for action.Experience with international or cross-border campaigns is a plus.A creative thinker with a go-getter attitude.Why Join Frido
