We’re looking for a storyteller with editing superpowers.

Someone who can take our aviation-lifestyle footage and turn it into scroll-stopping, emotion-grabbing, share-worthy videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.

You’ll receive beautiful raw content — flight scenes, pilot moments, behind-the-scenes stories — and your mission is to make them go viral using pacing, rhythm, sound, and emotion.

We’re also building a fast-growing social community of aviators and adventurers who love airplanes and storytelling.

⭐️ What We’re Looking For Strong grasp of American-style editing — fast cuts, pacing, humor, emotional hooks, and trend-savvy storytelling.

Experience with short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).

Experience with long-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).

Ability to craft viral hooks in the first 3 seconds for shorts, 30 seconds for long-form

Skill in syncing to music beats, sound design, captions, and transitions.

Understanding of what keeps viewers watching — retention, emotion, and pacing.

Fluency in English and American cultural references.

Attention to Detail, Nothing Escapes You

Bonus Points Experience in aviation, travel, or adventure content.

Knowledge of YouTube and Meta algorithms.

Familiarity with AI tools for editing or ideation.
