Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Hyderabad. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment. Duties include monitoring machine performance, adhering to quality control standards, performing routine maintenance such as calibration, and using hand tools to ensure smooth production processes. The role also involves maintaining operational logs, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and reporting any machinery issues to the management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and proficiency with various types of manufacturing machinery.
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards to ensure product conformance.
• Familiarity with the use and maintenance of Hand Tools as part of daily tasks.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational issues effectively.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
• Prior experience in industries such as Aerospace or Oil & Gas is advantageous.
• High school diploma or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred.
