Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Platfomr Lead, you will lead the Solution and Technical aspects of the Salesforce service Cloud Implementation projects for our clients with a team of internal and external Stakeholders, Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Engineers.

Responsibilities :

  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platform on configuration, customization (Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc.), integration, security, administration, and other core features).
  • Delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds (including but not limited to Sales, Service, CPQ, Billing, Order Management, Platform) and a variety of middleware products (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), establishing quality and schedule.
  • Proven ability to work with the Business Architect and / or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution.
  • Understanding of integrations with third-party systems through a variety of integration patterns (ESB, Pub / Sub, Point to Point, Batch, Singleton, etc.) and Salesforce capabilities (Soap, Rest, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc.);
  • Manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry-leading practices and code quality techniques.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers.
  • Support QA, UAT, and Performance testing initiatives to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify, learn, and champion new technologies, innovative software development & delivery methodologies, and new versions of best-of-breed industry products.
  • Mentored and trained Senior Engineers and Consultants in SF Platform development.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current certifications : Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II.
  • Experience of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third-party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success with at least two large Salesforce.com implementation / integration projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model.
  • Work experience with Hands-On Java / JavaScript Development and familiarity with SOA, XML, REST, JSON.
  • Familiar with both Waterfall & Agile development methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, SVN GitHub / Bitbucket.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with motivation and diligence to drive toward results.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Good to Have :

  • Passion for innovating and using technology to find creative solutions to optimize systems.
  • Experience working with Headless commerce solutions.
  • Experience in web analytics and tracking methodologies, particularly within the eCommerce space (tag management & pixel tracking, hit-level data analysis, customer behavior analysis, etc.
  • Hands-on Experience with Tealium / Adobe Launch / GTM.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
