Job Location : Baner Designation : Manager MEP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project (Commercial Projects) To prepare detailed BOQ Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc. Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP. Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems KEY SKILLS : Excellent administration & execution skills Effective technical skills Command on verbal & written communication Share CV on
