Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & ManagementSupervise, mentor, and develop BI analysts and specialists.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the BI team.Data Strategy & AnalyticsOversee the development and maintenance of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs).Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI outputs.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.Monitor industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business leaders, operations, finance, and other teams to identify reporting needs.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Act as a point of escalation for BI-related issues or requests.System & Process ManagementOversee BI tools and platforms, ensuring proper usage, optimization, and troubleshooting.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and data management.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Key Competencies
