Onboarding and development : Organizing and coordinating new hire orientations, creating and implementing training programs, and supporting employee career development. Performance management : Overseeing performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues. Compensation and benefits : Managing payroll, administering employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, and conducting salary reviews. Employee relations : Bridging the gap between management and employees, handling employee concerns, and working to improve employee engagement. Compliance and policy : Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining employee records. Strategy and support : Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing reports and data to management, and advising on human capital needs. Key skills and qualificationsSkills : Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. People-oriented with strong leadership and management abilities. Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR systems and databases. Experience : Proven experience in HR roles.
