Junior Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the one of the biggest conglomerate's legal vertical and will work closely on the transactions and matters You will encounter a large range of legal issues and interact with many stakeholders with different sets of expertise and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the group company's cross functional teams to support in strategic issues, corporate and commercial transactions / agreements and all kind of disputes.
• Assist in high stake transactions and disputes from time to time.
• Assisting in the documentation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements.
• Identifying business and transaction risks in a timely manner and escalate issues to team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively and build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and various group companies.
• Collaborate with external counsels and law firms.
• Participating and managing group projects and initiatives and provide legal insights.
• Assist senior team-members in various assignments.
