Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Maintain code integrity, quality, and organization.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3–4 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end build pipelines / tools.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
