Role Overview

We are looking to onboard dynamic, motivated Corporate and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Lawyers who are eager for a strong career opportunity within our Bangalore team. Ideal candidates should bring robust transactional experience, sector expertise, and the ability to independently lead and manage complex corporate and TMT matters, including cross-border work. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with multiple practice teams are essential.

We are looking to hire an Associate with 0–3 years of experience.

You may not have practiced technology law, but you should be interested in it.

You need to have a good understanding of technology, law, and society.

A 2-4 page essay titled “Piracy of the Public Domain” - an analysis of how fair-use rights are being infringed by technology-enabled IP restrictions, with examples and possible legal remedies available against it - in Word format. This should be written by you and not by any other tool. I am looking for innovative arguments.
