What You'll Do (The Bridge) :

• The "Now" : Execute [design / edits] with world-class Kraft. You are the backbone of our creative output and will deliver A-grade work on all "current" client needs.
• The "Future" : Understand that your [designs / edits] are the "clean data" the AI needs to see. You'll focus on consistency and authority, not just one-off viral "hits."
• Bring your own ideas. We listen to talent, not titles.
• Learn everything. Absorb. Ask questions.
• Support the creative team on all tasks.
• Build your portfolio with real work that's part of a real "engine."
• Take a strategic brief and turn it into a world-class visual campaign. You will own the visual craft from concept to execution
