Purpose / ObjectiveThe ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in media product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a media product, from conception to commissioning. This role will spearhead multiple functions including Global and Domestic Operations, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business Development, Acquisitions, Strategic partnerships, Project Management and Organization transformation.

- Key Responsibilities of Role
- This role will lead the company’s international operations, identifying new lines of Revenue Ideas for Advertisement, driving growth and efficiencies of core brands.
- In addition, establishes new markets, creates new products, and helps increase our market share.
- Conceptualizes and establishes businesses and partnerships in international markets.
- Developing a blueprint for developing OOH media potential in the Group’s other BU’s like Roads, Ports etc.
- Establishes long term partnerships with Large Corporates and Key Accounts
- Drive the product- and business-planning processes for national, cross-functional teams.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships for enhancing revenue shares and profits.
- Assess current competitive product offerings and develop products for gaining competitive market share by creating subtle product differentiation
- Analyze and anticipate product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met.

- Qualifications and Experience
Experience :
With 3 to 10 years of experience, a candidate would likely be sought for a senior management position, such as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or even a Head of Marketing. Key experience includes :
Brand management : direct experience in brand management, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative brand strategies.
Specific industry knowledge : Experience is often valued based on the specific Adani vertical. For example, experience in luxury goods, automobiles, hospitality, or the banking and financial services sector (BFSI) is required for some roles.
Agency management : Experience in managing external advertising agencies and vendors for branding initiatives.
