EXPORT / IMPORT EXECUTIVE.

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export / Import Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage export and import documentation and compliance processes.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and submit import / export declarations and related documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and maintain communication with vendors and clients regarding shipment status.
• Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and contracts with service providers.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and tariffs to ensure compliance.
