To guide team for recruiting good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.Motivating the Team & Advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisorsRelationship management with other stake holders.Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.Scripting the business growth.Achieve desired activity / productivity revenue targets through the respective FLS team members.Supporting and monitoring low performing Sales manager.Ensure availability of the required number of trained SM and agents and support resources in all areas; monitor recruitments and induction of Agents and FLS.Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of SM / agents on time to time basis.Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing them with performance feedback, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles.Ensures all Sales Managers are trained on company products and company guidelines. Is also responsible for ensuring that all training requirements for the agents.Preferred candidate profile
