5 years of experience with IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment and / or IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions (versions 8.5, 9.1, 9.2 and above).Key modules : Sterling Payment, Sterling Global Inventory Visibility, Sterling Pricing and Promotions, Sterling Order Management System, Sterling Supply Chain and Collaboration.
- Knowledge in designing and maintaining Springboot Microservice applications, cloud knowledge.
- Working experience in Sterling COM, SOM RCP client and high level understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, Delivery Management, Shipment and related areas.
- Resource is expected to have strong expertise in Sterling OMS and is expected to work on incident tickets / production issues / application monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of package software applications, software development, and integration technologies.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of the Order Management domain.
- Experience working in a Production Support project.
- Expertise in mentoring the new team members and trainees in the team and transitioning the technical and functional details of the application.
- Monitoring various phases of order flow and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Creating reports based on the business requirement through automated PL SQL procedures.
- Excellent leadership, guidance, training and mentoring the new team members and trainees in the team and transition.
- Pro-actively monitoring various inventory activities between different systems.
- Must have worked in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
- Good understanding of defect Analysis and should provide resolution for recurring issues.
- Excellent capability in providing technical and functional expertise to drive and resolve issues.
- Should be able to drive automation and bridges during critical issues.
