Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

The Recruiter will be responsible for :

• Identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
