An exciting opportunity exists to join our new frailty unit team at NHS Borders.

Are you a dedicated Pharmacist with a passion for improving the lives of older adults We're thrilled to announce an opening for a Frailty Pharmacist(s) (B7) in our newly established Frailty Unit at NHS Borders.

In this pivotal role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team (including the wider Frailty team) to optimise medication management, enhance patient care, and support our commitment to addressing the complexities of frailty in our community.
