Position Overview
We’re looking for a Change Management Lead who is passionate about driving successful technology adoption for global enterprises.
You’ll lead the strategy, framework, and execution of change management initiatives across client implementations, ensuring seamless transition to ORO’s procurement solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who can build toolkits, partner closely with clients, and act as a trusted advisor for large-scale procurement transformation.
You’ll collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, guiding both internal teams and customers on best-in-class change practices.
Qualifications
Define the enterprise-wide change management vision, methodology, and standards for client implementations and internal initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-go-live.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for client organizations.
Identify and manage change-related risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.
Build and maintain a scalable Change Management Toolkit, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps, and training frameworks.
Develop and drive compelling change communication strategies across multiple channels.
Establish and track KPIs for change success, measuring adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, including C-level stakeholders.
Train and mentor internal teams and client teams on ORO’s change methodology and tools.
Provide thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and client presentations.
Key reponsibilities
8+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Organizational Development, with 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
Experience working in SaaS, technology, procurement, finance, or ERP ecosystems.
Proven expertise designing and implementing end-to-end change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present strategies to executive audiences.
Strong experience in user journey design, persona mapping, and training program development.
Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Prosci / CCMP or similar change management certification
Consulting background
Deep understanding of procurement processes (P2P, S2C)
Experience leading global change programs
