About Position :

We are seeking Data Engineering Lead with hands scrum, product owner, etc.,

What You'll Do :

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Compliance Insights platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with compliance and business needs.

Deliver dashboards, analytics, and alerts to monitor distributor performance and risk.

Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring :

5+ years in data product management, engineering, or analytics.

Strong proficiency in Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance principles.

Experience with Agile / Scrum and cross-functional stakeholder management.
