Job Summary :

The HOD Collections will serve as the overall in-charge of the companys retail, SME, and structured loan recovery operations. This role demands complete ownership of collection strategy, business performance, P&L management, scalability, and profitability.

As a core member of the leadership team, the incumbent will work closely with the Managing Director and Board to formulate and execute growth plans, ensure superior asset quality, and drive continuous improvement through innovation, analytics, and technology adoption.

The position calls for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader one with fire in the belly , exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong execution mindset who thrives in delivering results under challenging business conditions.

Key & Business Leadership :

• Formulate and implement the overall collection and recovery strategy across all business verticals.
• Lead annual business planning, budget preparation, and P&L management for the collections function.
• Build a scalable and tech-enabled recovery framework aligned with business expansion goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, automation, and process re-engineering.
