Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS). The ideal candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations, possess deep functional knowledge of ERP value flows, and be confident in managing client relationships and project risks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage D365 Manufacturing and AWMS implementations across full project lifecycles.
• Conduct 3 or more full-cycle D365 Manufacturing & AWMS implementations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand current business processes and develop process maps.
• Analyze, design, and document business processes aligned with D365 functionalities.
• Create BRD, FDD, and solution blueprints to support functional requirements.
• Develop test artifacts, scenarios, and scripts for functional validation.
• Train end-users and ensure clear communication during project phases.
• Manage scope, requirements, and project risks effectively.
• Provide Import and Export configuration support.
• Ensure seamless integration of Manufacturing and Warehouse processes within D365.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
