Job description
  • Role Summary : Responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) technical support for Mobile Banking production systems, with a focus on proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vendor coordination to maintain high availability of applications.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Resolve production issues raised by customers and bank branches.

    • Maintain production DC (Data Center) and DR (Disaster Recovery) Web and Application Servers.
    • Proactively monitor application issues reported by Quality Kiosk and APM teams.
    • Support integration of new product features with vendor Snapwork for ESB / API.
    • Manage patch deployment and validation activities in UAT.
    • Ensure 24 / 7 application support for Tier-1 Mobile Banking used by 25 lakh+ users.
