Job description
Role Summary : Responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) technical support for Mobile Banking production systems, with a focus on proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vendor coordination to maintain high availability of applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve production issues raised by customers and bank branches.
Maintain production DC (Data Center) and DR (Disaster Recovery) Web and Application Servers.
Proactively monitor application issues reported by Quality Kiosk and APM teams.
Support integration of new product features with vendor Snapwork for ESB / API.
Manage patch deployment and validation activities in UAT.
Ensure 24 / 7 application support for Tier-1 Mobile Banking used by 25 lakh+ users.
