Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Solutions and Design Engineer to join our growing team at Innovature, Infopark, Kochi.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural thinking, and client engagement skills someone who can design robust, scalable solutions while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Design and document software architecture concepts, including system design diagrams, data flows, and integration plans.

Partner with technology experts and development teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and performance.

Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to support pre-sales engagements and client proposals.

Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure continuous innovation in solution design.

Qualifications :

4-7 years of experience in software development and design.

1-2 years of experience in software or solution architecture roles (preferred).

Proven ability to conceptualize and translate complex requirements into practical, implementable solutions.

Strong understanding of software architecture concepts, design patterns, and modern application frameworks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven record of successful client interaction.

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.

A strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and system integration.

Exposure to pre-sales solutioning or client-facing technical roles.
