Role Summary We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can take ownership of brand voice, drive content strategies and mentor younger talent - all while delivering punchy and purposeful content. You'll lead campaigns, brainstorm and bring copy to life across platforms, from Instagram carousels to pitch decks. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across digital campaigns. Translate briefs into creative gold — understanding TG, tone, brand personality and goals. Mentor and guide junior copywriters;review content and provide constructive feedback. Plan, write and execute monthly content calendars across platforms. Work closely with the design and strategy teams to create cohesive campaigns. Brainstorm and contribute to pitch ideas and brand campaigns. Create platform-specific copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc. Write in real-time for trending content and moment marketing. Stay updated on platform updates, content trends and pop culture moments. Represent MAD’s tone of voice — bold, witty, intentional and never boring. Skills & Qualifications : 4 to 6 years of copywriting experience in digital marketing or advertising. Hands-on with content strategy, campaign ideation and copy across formats. Experience leading content for brands across sectors. Proficient in editing, quality checking and mentoring junior writers. Excellent command of English — grammar, tone, wit and storytelling. Strong understanding of platform trends and how they influence content. Bonus : killer one-liners, puns that land and a sixth sense for virality.
