About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards, to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial models, databases, and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario analysis to guide decision-making processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Investment Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial analysis tools. Experience with SAP systems and BI tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
