Role Overview :

Were looking for a Remote Java Developer to join our backend engineering team. Youll play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to microservice architecture.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong command over Java (Core + Advanced), Spring Boot, and Hibernate / JPA.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and working with JSON / XML data formats.
  • Sound understanding of OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI / CD, and collaborative tools.
  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / GCP) or Docker is a plus.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
  • Prior work experience with distributed teams or US-based clients.

  • INR 12-18 LPA (Exceptions possible for outstanding candidates)

    • Working days and shifts :

  • Monday to Friday with US Client Overlap (11 am to 8pm)
