Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance across direct and indirect taxes. This role is suited for individuals who are eager to grow in a structured finance environment with strong fundamentals in accounting and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including :
- Journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of :
- GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations)
- TDS payments, returns (Form 26Q, 27Q), and certificate issuance
- Income Tax provisions, advance tax, and other applicable financial compliances
- Assist in preparation of :
- Monthly MIS reports
- Audit schedules and statutory audit support
- Cash flow statements and financial analysis as required
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes
- Coordinate with external consultants (CAs, auditors, etc.) on compliance and filing matters
Qualifications
Education :B.Com (mandatory)CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA (preferred)Experience :0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax complianceInternship experience in a CA firm or finance function is an added advantageRequired Skills
