Role Description (mandatory education experience)

We are seeking a Program Operations and Partnerships Manager to lead the execution of both on-ground camps and online programs . This full-time, remote role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, logistics, partnerships, and quality management — ensuring that every program meets the highest standards of safety, engagement, and impact.

Note : Experience working with minors and a valid Safeguarding Level 3 certification are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities 1. Student-Facing Responsibilities

  • Manage student onboarding, engagement, and communications across all program formats.
  • Track student projects, testimonials, and outcomes , ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive Excel-based tracking systems for over 500 participants.
  • Provide responsive and empathetic support to students and parents , ensuring an excellent learning experience.

2. Mentor-Facing Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor recruitment, onboarding, and training , ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Coordinate with mentors and facilitators to ensure consistent curriculum delivery and engagement .
  • Gather and review mentor feedback to maintain teaching excellence.
  • Facilitate clear communication between mentors, facilitators, and the LWL team.
  • 3. Camp Management (On-Ground Programs)

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics including airport transfers, accommodation, transport, meals, and safety protocols .
  • Ensure Safeguarding and Child Protection standards (Level 3) are rigorously followed.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, staff, and venues to maintain smooth operations and safety compliance .
  • Supervise on-ground teams to uphold student well-being and program quality .
  • 4. Online Program Management

  • Oversee virtual workshops and research programs , managing scheduling, communication, and participant experience.
  • Monitor feedback and testimonials to continuously improve online offerings.
  • Support content and curriculum delivery , ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and tech teams for program enhancement.
  • 5. Partnership Management

  • Identify and reach out to potential institutional and strategic partners to expand LWL’s global footprint.
  • Structure new collaborations and programs in partnership with schools, universities, and thought leaders.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships , ensuring mutual goals, impact reporting, and program success.
  • Work with leadership to develop innovative partnership models and joint initiatives.
  • 6. Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain high program quality and delivery standards across all initiatives.
  • Track and analyze feedback scores, performance metrics, and participant satisfaction .
  • Develop reports and recommendations for process improvement and innovation .
  • Ensure operational consistency across diverse program types and geographies.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Program or Operations Management in education , ideally in education, youth engagement, or training.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills for participant tracking and reporting.
  • Experience managing on-ground logistics, safety, and safeguarding for minors.
  • Demonstrated success in Partnership Development and Relationship Management .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
