Job Position : Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance within the Pharma industry.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee overall business finance activities, ensuring financial discipline and strategic alignment.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Manage timely and accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports to provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Support senior management through robust financial analysis.
• Expertise in Business Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Closing, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, MIS, Audit & Compliance, and Team Leadership.
