Job Summary :

InsuranceDekho is looking for an energetic and performance-driven Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen its health insurance vertical via the agency distribution channel. The role involves recruiting, managing, and growing a network of agents to drive health insurance sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, train, and activate insurance agents / advisors for health insurance product sales.
  • Drive business through the agency network by ensuring regular engagement, support, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct product trainings, sales pitches, and joint fieldwork to support agents in achieving their targets.
  • Track and ensure compliance of all agents with IRDAI guidelines and company processes.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for all agent queries and policy servicing issues.
  • Maintain regular MIS and reporting related to sales, activation, and agent productivity.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to support post-sale processes.

✅ Eligibility Criteria :

  • Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales experience in the agency or broking channel
  • Strong network of existing health insurance agents (preferred)
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and health product landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
