Job Title : Structural Design Head (PEB & Industrial Structures)

Experience : 10 20 Years

Location : Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

Work Mode : 6 Days Work from Office

Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of designers and modelers for structural supports using STAAD, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD .

Review client inputs, define project scope, and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Coordinate with BIM / CAD and other discipline teams for integrated project execution.

Ensure compliance with QA / QC standards, BIM protocols, and safety requirements .

Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and innovation.

Candidate Profile

10 20 years of experience in structural design (preferably with PEB vendors or consultancy firms).

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and ProjectWise .

Proven team leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
