Sap Materials Management Consultant

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the SAP MM workstream in S / 4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.Configure and customize MM components such as : Purchase Requisitions and OrdersGoods Receipts, Goods Issues, and Transfer PostingsVendor Master and Material MasterInventory Management and Physical InventoryAutomatic Account DeterminationEnsure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, PP, QM).Design and implement solutions using SAP Fiori apps and S / 4HANA best practices.Support data migration, cutover planning, testing, and hypercare.Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications and training materials.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MM processes.Required Skills and Experience : 9–10 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 2–3 years in S / 4HANA.Strong understanding of S / 4HANA-specific changes in procurement and inventory.Experience with : Material Valuation, Batch ManagementOutline Agreements (contracts and scheduling agreements)Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processStock Transport Orders (STO)Fiori apps related to MMExperience working with IDocs, interfaces, and 3rd-party system integrations.Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.Preferred Qualifications : SAP MM Certification (especially on S / 4HANA)Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP WM / EWM, or SAP SRM is a plusExperience in SAP Activate methodologyExposure to global rollout projectsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
