7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions5+ years of experience at a digital-first agency / consultancy, with a focus on sales, project estimation, and deliveryKnowledge of key concepts across a wide variety of disciplines, with depth / specialty in strategy, digital design, software development, and / or digital analytics developmentExpertise in methodologies including Agile, Lean, and Design ThinkingDeep experience with at least one of our partner products, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and / or SAP / HybrisExperience in commerce, customer data platforms, mobile, and other digital productsAbility to clearly and concisely communicate complex, technical topics to a variety of audiencesOutstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadershipExceptional written communication skills; the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communicationsStrong listening skills; a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategiesSelf-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organizationExcellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasksDigitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologiesBachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience preferred
