Tech Stack : Exchange 2016 / 2019, Exchange Online (Office 365), Hybrid Agent & Classic Hybrid, PowerShell, DAG design, full tenant-to-tenant migrations with Quest On-Demand Migration, and advanced Azure AD Connect troubleshooting.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Exchange On-Premises (2013 / 2016 / 2019) and Exchange Online.
• Administer mailboxes, policies, connectors, and security settings across the hybrid Exchange environment.
• Support hybrid configurations, troubleshooting mail flow, delivery, mobile device access, and mailbox performance.
• Perform mailbox migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid) and user lifecycle operations.
• Implement and manage email security (anti-spam, anti-phishing, DLP).
• Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell;

maintain documentation.
