Senior Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description
As a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in the US and Canada region.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and deep functional knowledge of payroll processes and configurations.
- 70% Functional and 30% technical expertise
- Implementations experience with Payroll elements set ups / configurations for US and Canada region
- Strong knowledge of payroll process / element setup for US and Canada region
- US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4 / rl1 / w4)
- Experience in North America Taxation
- Ability to write fast formulas for payroll elements
- Good skills in BIP and OTBI development
- SDLC and JIRA knowledge
- HDL experience
- Ability to do Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations
- Experience working on Pay slip template customizations
The responsibilities include :
Gathering detailed functional requirements from the business and documenting them in functional specificationsRegression testing of RICE componentsReviewing open cases / issues and troubleshooting for resolutionConsulting on requested configuration changes and partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impactsAnalyzing the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast FormulasEnsuring data integrity and governance by supporting large / complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queriesThe desired skills include :
