Job Summary :

The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design & Development :

o Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).

o Create workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate.

o Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards as needed.

o Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., Share Point, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party services.

Maintenance & Support :

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Power Apps solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

    • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Power Apps with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

    • Documentation & Compliance :

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Power Apps development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Share Point, etc.).
  • Experience with Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
