Client / Brand Servicing Executive

we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, briefing the creative and performance teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client goals, marketing needs, and project requirements, and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for client meetings.
• Support in campaign planning, execution, and performance discussions alongside the strategy team.
• Ensure smooth internal collaboration and maintain overall client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
