Having 3+ year experience in windchill development

Strong fundamentals on Windchill Customization and configurations, reporting framework customization, workflow customization, customer handling,

Strong customization background around Formprocessors, Validators, Data utilities, Form Controllers etc.

Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE technologies - JavaScript, GWT, JQuery, XML, JSPs, SQL etc.

Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture

Experience in at least one full life-cycle PLM implementation with Windchill.

Should have strong coding skills in Windchill Application Development and customization.

Knowledge & experience in Build and Release process

Experience on Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink and Reporting

Good experience working using Agile methodology

Self-motivated and self-driven

Excellent communications skills and ability to closely work with the customer and demonstrate the solution developed
