Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis 3 at TÓA 66, located in Churchgate, Mumbai. The Commis 3 will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, following recipes and menu specifications, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Working Days :

Tuesday to Sunday
Monday : Weekly off
Saturday & Sunday : Break shift

Qualifications

Strong food preparation and cooking skills

Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards

Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus
