• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles across both India and U.S. operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and craft sourcing strategies.
• Develop proactive global talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across regions.
• Strengthen Hubot’s employer brand through creative storytelling, outreach, and digital engagement.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes, DEI efforts, and hiring velocity.
