Job description2–3 years of solid experience in full-stack engineering . Hands-on with React, TypeScript, Node.Js , and either FastAPI or similar frameworks . Curiosity and prior work with LLMs, automation, or AI tools (agentic is a plus). Strong builder mentality — comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one execution. Ex-founders / ex-side-project builders / startup hackers get first preference. Someone who wants to build, not “just work”. Build a category-defining AI hiring product from ground zero. Direct influence on product, engineering, and culture. Fast learning curve, real ownership, and zero BS. Work directly with the founding team on solving deep tech + business problems. High-speed environment for people who thrive on momentum.
As a Founding Engineer , you won’t just write code — you will help craft the product, architecture, engineering culture, and velocity .
You will :
- Build full-stack features end-to-end for our AI hiring platform.
- Work with LLMs, agentic systems, and voice / speech models to create magical user experiences.
- Architect scalable systems on AWS and own reliability + performance.
- Move fast : prototype → iterate → ship → improve.
- Work closely with founders on product roadmap, tech decisions, and GTM experiments.
- Set the code quality & engineering standards for the team.
