Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our AI-powered recruitment solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Business Development :
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Team Leadership :
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the performance and development of the sales team.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to drive results.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or selling SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
