POSITION : HEAD – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY CONTROL & CONSULTATION

Location :

Type : Full-time (On-site)

Salary Range : ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the R&D of Ayurvedic formulations, ensuring scientific validation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) during manufacturing and post-production.
• Conduct patient consultations , diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments.
• Work closely with the founders on new product development , clinical validation , and process optimization .
• Ensure all formulations comply with AYUSH standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Train and guide the manufacturing and quality teams on Ayurvedic principles and product integrity.
