Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Sales and Operations professional located in Mumbai. The role involves managing holiday sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, training team members, and overseeing sales operations to meet and exceed performance goals. Additionally, this role will require collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities during peak holiday seasons.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and resolving customer inquiries or concerns
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets, along with a passion for driving revenue growth
- Expertise in Training and Sales Management to support and guide team members in achieving their objectives
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in holiday sales, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
