Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Complete rebate lifecycle management : contracts, distributor agreements, rebate slabs, calculations, and payouts
- Data analysis & Excel hands-on : VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards
- Track rebate performance, accruals, variances, scenario modeling, and forecast vs actual
- Ensure compliance & documentation of rebate calculations
- Dispute Management, Accruals & Payment Reconciliation
- Forecasting & planning for upcoming periods
- Work with ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Vistex or similar)
Preferred Industries : Cloud / Telecom / Electronics / IT Services / Hardware / Semiconductor (NBFC experience not preferred)
Experience : 6–10 years
